Networking and Education for Restaurant Financial and Tax Professionals

The National Restaurant Association's Financial Officers and Tax Executives Study Group consists of senior financial officers and directors of tax services at member chain restaurants and large independent establishments.

The group meets once a year in the spring. Study group meetings provide informal, open and flexible forums to discuss a wide range of topics, such as:

• Franchise financing
• Industry compensation and benefits trends
• Interstate banking
• Valuations and accounting updates

• Cost segregation
• Federal tax issues affecting the industry
• Tax credit opportunities
• Unclaimed property compliance reporting
